nIf you think that evolutionary theory is a threat to civilization, you will enjoy this book in its entirety.
If you are simply
interested in the guilty pleasure of seeing scientists behaving badly, there is a lot here for you,
too. The examples are
well drawn and documented. If Wells made a technical error, I missed it.
nI think he is to be commended for his care and, on balance, the book provides an interesting insight into how science actually works and why it sometimes fails.
