Discover the Genesis was recently established
on Dec 1st 2002 for the sole purpose of allowing high schoolers
(7-12th graders) to debate on the controversial subject of the
origins of life. The purpose of the Discover the Genesis
group is to enhance the scientific knowledge and debate
skills of all young people participating. This is a fun way for
your teenager to get more involved in science.
As Christians we are told to fight the good fight. The Discover
the Genesis e-mail loop is one way you can help your teenagers
prepare for this. So many of our young people today are absolutely
incapable of defending their faith. It is necessary for us to
make sure that our kids know how to stand
firm for Christ in the real world. |

The group rules are as follows:
- Posts must remain on topic (Creation Science, Evolution,
the origins of life)
- Posts must contain topical content (Amen, I agree, I'm sorry,
or Thank you'd posts not permitted)
- Maximum Limit of 2 posts per day
- Attachments are discouraged, however if you choose to use
them they most be limited to 50KB
- Maintain a professional decorum
- Profanity is forbidden
- Personal attacks or insults in any way, shape, or form are
forbidden.
The above rules have been applied
to ensure that the group runs with maximum efficiency and order.
Any participants who break the rules on two separate occasions
will be promptly removed from the group. |
